• Location: Glasgow- SkyPark- Hybrid (3 days on site)
• Salary: up to £60K  
• Company bonus: up to 10%

Your Proactive Role in the Squad

This Senior Frontend Developer role is essential to maintain our delivery standards and velocity for our flagship client while supporting sustainable team capacity. You will work within our Squad model alongside designers, testers, and product experts. You’re empowered to take ownership: shaping the architecture, asking the tough questions, and championing best practices to drive projects forward.

Your core objective is to maintain platform delivery velocity and quality standards while Glasgow scales to multi-client operations, ensuring we meet our commitments without compromising team sustainability.

What You Will Deliver

• Modern React Development: Designing and developing high-quality software using modern patterns like hooks, context, and composition.
• Component Libraries: Building reusable and accessible component libraries while upholding high coding standards.
• Real-time Data: Implementing WebSocket or polling patterns for live data updates.
• State Management: Expertly handling data flow and state management solutions within the React ecosystem.
• Testing & Stability: Ensuring reliability through unit testing (Jest/React Testing Library), integration testing, and e2e testing.
• Modern Tooling: Utilising modern bundlers (Webpack/Vite) and package management to drive innovation.
• Cloud Integration: Navigating Azure services and cloud-native applications.

Who We Are Looking For

• A React & TypeScript. Strong expertise in modern frontend patterns and type-safe development.
• A Problem Solver: You see challenges as opportunities and solve complex technical hurdles with a problem-solving mindset.
• A Collaborator: Great at working with teams and comfortable interfacing directly with clients.
• Backend Aware: While this is a frontend role, familiarity with .NET/C# is beneficial for full-stack context.
• Initiative-Driven: Someone who takes ownership, manages their own workload, and provides accurate estimations.
